A Dream Realized
The Doughfellas was a long-lived dream of Chef Andre Barone and his wife, Daphne Glidden.The couple began their journey in 2001, forging a partnership that would take them through 20 years of incredible experiences in New York, Miami, and São Paulo, Brazil, immersing themselves in rich gastronomy and hospitality.
A New Beginning​
In 2020, as the world faced unprecedented challenges, a dream came to life: The Doughfellas.
At The Doughfellas, we believe life’s too short for boring pizza. That’s why, we’ve been crafting pizzas that are anything but ordinary. We started with our legendary pre-baked frozen pizzas, made from scratch with a slow-fermented dough and the best ingredients we could get our hands on. They were such a hit, we decided to take things to the next level!
Our First Home
In 2022, we opened our first restaurant in Pompano Beach, FL, so we could serve our fans fresh, hot artisan pizzas straight from the oven. And guess what? We didn’t stop at pizza. We’re talking melt-in-your-mouth homemade desserts and a wine-and-beer lineup to lift your spirits and cheer the moment.

Pop-up Location
We also opened a pop-up at The Tree House indoor playground to offer better, high-quality food for kids and families. After an amazing run, our pop-up came to an end in January 2025.
